According to Fun with Words, the longest word found in a dictionary is
PNEUMONO­ULTRA­MICRO­SCOPIC­SILICO­VOLCANO­CONIOSIS
however the word was a created in 1935 to be the longest word and is described by the Oxford English Dictionary as facetious.

The longest word in use is found in Gould’s Medical Dictionary it is
HEPATICO­CHOLANGIO­CHOLECYST­ENTERO­STOMIES

The longest song title is
SUPER­CALI­FRAGI­LISTIC­EXPI­ALI­DOCIOUS
